Mathiew Lefferman, D.O., is the founder and medical director of Access Healthcare Associates. Since completing his training in internal medicine, he has specialized in geriatric medicine. He has extensive experience making house calls and managing patients in skilled nursing facilities. Dr. Lefferman also serves as medical director for a hospice agency and for a mobile wound care practice.

Dr. Lefferman has chosen to practice geriatrics because he loves the field, deeply respects the wisdom and vitality of our senior population, and enjoys connecting with and caring for senior patients. We represents his belief that more can be done to improve the quality of life for seniors in this country. His vision and unique medical experience give him the necessary skill set and drive to create this innovative approach to patient care and the people he serves can attest to his friendly, compassionate and calm demeanor.
